Wat kind of currency is a dollor?! Is your money actually money?! From what country do you live? Or you were reffering to the American Dollar ($)? better save your "200 dollors" for good english tutor. Cause 200 dollars can only buy you: a 12" hubcapped wheel (only one!), or a piece a civic's cyclinder, or 4 hubcaps for 50 each, or a cheap gps device, or a carbon fibre sharks fin antennae, and the list goes on! but you can't buy a actual (whole) car! Unless its from the junk pile!

Bought one for half that once. Got it for that price when the dealer couldn't get it to start and I somehow could. Needless to say, it was a total piece of junk.
I have seen some cars that look servicable go for around $200 at towing auctions. They're where the cars that got towed away wind up if their owners don't claim them.

You might be able to get a piece of one. But I doubt you'd be able to get an entire car. Unless it is an empty beaten-up chasis in a junkyard some place. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
