Are you prone to migraines? I am. One of the symptoms that a migraine is going to come on is numbness in my fingers then it moves all through my hands.

Its a musculoskeletal disorder (sp?) it could be from repetitive motion, or some other ergonomic problem possibly with your job, or any other every day task you might do....what do u do for work/hobbies?? It may also be a blood clot somewhere. Tom Glavine, a pitcher for the Mets felt the same sensation and it turned out to be a blood clot.

probably caused by putting pressure on the nerve as it goes through your wrist. Its caused bu things like resting your wrist on the edge of a table when using the computer. Try shaking your hand every few minutes when you are on the computer, or doing other repetative tasks

It could be as easy as a pinched nerve in your spine, go to the chiropractor and have them adjust you and it will go away.
