How old do you think the earth is and how much longer do you think it will last?

To correct Justin, the Sun will NOT go supernova in 5 billion years but it will expand to a size that engulfs the Earth. Very few stars have the right size and density to go supernova, but the Earth will burn up at that time just the same…

The earth will last until the day I die, because I wouldn't be on this earth and as far as my soul is concerned the earth wouldn't exist. I think the earth is how old a person is. So the earth to me would be 21 years old. The earth has a birthday in September which would make it 22

The earth is about 4.6 billion years old and will last for about another 5 billion years until the Sun goes supernova, engulfing the Earth in its expansion.

Its older than me and it better last until dinner time because I have some good leftovers in the fridge.
