Generally, no. Some sites host excerpts but not enough to read meaningfully. You should try borrowing a friends' book when they are done.

Not for free. Some publishing companies post the text of the book online, but you have to pay the full price of the textbook to access it. If they posted it online for free, no one would buy the book.
Your school library should have a copy, and if not, your public library, or the library of a nearby university might have one. Read that copy or photocopy the relevant pages to read at home. You could also try borrowing a copy from a friend or from you instructor. I've known people to get through an entire semester without buying the books for the course just by reading the library copies or borrowing them from friends :)

try searching for the book in a search engine.
*Go to half.com (through amazon.com) and order the same textbook, but an older edition. Usually the contents are very similiar, but the chapters may be in a different order, or another chapter has been added. Find a friend in the class and compare the differences of the editions.

It is a very recent text so it is not likely you'll find it on line. Can you borrow one from someone else in the class and make copies of the sections you need? As others have suggested, your school library should have a copy, and your teacher may be able to help you. Best of luck with it.

Not usually, but check alternate sites for books. I just ordered a $72 book on Ebay for $20!!! here are some sites I always buy my textbooks from....
www.half.com
www.alibris.com
www.ebay.com
If you have the ISBN number of the book, it makes the searching easier. There is another one I can't think of right now, if I remember, I'll update the post. Good luck!

Probably not, but you might try talking to your instructor and explaining your situation. He/she might have a copy you could borrow for a week or point you to someone else that might do so.

They should have all required text books available in your school library.
