Because anytime you use the Internet, your computer stores cookies (not the ones you eat!) and then if any website has something closer to those cookies there will be companies that monitor that and you'll get those...
I always wondered why i get breast augmentation emails where i am not even a woman!

It is called spam, people get an email address and just start sending crap.

because there are some asses in the world who thinks its amusing to send those kind of emails to random people.
