I've grown up with him, we know everything about each other (well except the fact that I am so in LOVE with him). all of that without making him think i'm some type of weirdo and not lose him.

Well i think if that's your best friend then you shouldn't want to date him because that will first make the situation awkward if he doesn't feel the same about you as you do him and next if something does escalate from this and it does not last then like the friendship is not going to be the same and then you lose in the end no best friend and no boyfriend

I would try to give you an answer but just know that that is a fine line to walk I told my best guy friend I liked him and now its weird and I think it may have messed up our friendship so just be careful and good luck I hope he feels the same

Consider what means more to you, his friendship or his love. Love usually doesn't last, but friendship is forever. If you really value this person as a friend, don't do it. I firmly believe that if it was meant to be, it would happen. I think that if he doesn't return your feelings, you may risk the friendship altogether. Besides, guys always make better friends than girls. Good luck!

You have to first tell him that your digging him and take it from there. He may feel the same way or want to feel the same way. You won't know unless to try. And if he says he wants to be just friends don't take it personal and keep you best-friend for life. Look at it this way, he will still be in your life.

If your best friend is a guy... I PROMISE he likes you more than as friends. Guys often get stuck in the "friend zone" and if you just let him know you like him as more than a friend, your feelings will DEFINETLY be returned. Don't be afraid, just tell him you like him as more than a friend!

one thing, dont tell him bluntly, i did that once, huge mistake, i lost him, now he doesnt exist,
