I answered a question like this before so I will tell you too. Yahoo limits the amount of questions and answers so that they will have you keep coming back. If you got to level 7 in one day you probably wouldn't come on as much anymore. They limit these things so they can get a ton of hits everyday and have it stay a popular site.

I think this is to avoid users abusing the system. Some people are just fooling around. The idea is to consolidate our need. You don't want to read 2000 answers a day, right?

Yahoo also concerns the kids by spending too much time on this. This is ideally for the people who need immediate help from various points of view.
