The height of the of the wall and the ladder is exactly at the top
Since the ladder is 20 feet. the wall is 20 feet
since the ladder is 6m, the wall is 6m

It all depends how far the bottom of the ladder is away from the wall. Without this information, or the angle the ladder makes with the wall or the ground, this problem cannot be solved.

Yes there are many answers to this.
It all depends on the inclination of the ladder.
The maximum height of the wall is 20 feet but it can be any length below that.
As previously suggested - use Pythagoras Theorem, but you'd need to know at least the angle of inclination of the ladder, or the distance of the bottom of the ladder from the wall.

it depends how far away from the wall the bottom part of the ladder is, if there is no gap between the wall and the ladder then it is 20 foot (6m)

it's about the angle between the ground and the ladder. the height of the wall max. 20 foot, but it could be less than 20 foot

If the ladder is vertical the wall is 20 foot. However, if the ladder is horizantal the wall can be any height.

It depends how far bottom of the ladder is from the wall - then you can use pythagoras. The answer without that information is 20 foot or less.

You need at least three pieces of info about a triangle to solve any of the angles or sides.
We have length of ladder, and can assume a 90 angle between wall and floor, and that is it. you need another angle or side to solve.
