Sorry this is really a none answer - no I haven't read the book but, I stopped smoking 53 days ago and haven't cheated once! It helps if you have a goal to aim for. I desperately needed an big operation and my surgeon told me point blank that if I didn't stop he wouldn't operate. I had my operation on 13th August and came home on Tuesday this week and am tons better BTW. Anyway, I registered with the Nicorette Activestop website and got emails and texts from them everyday for a month. I can't believe how easily I did it especially as I had chain smoked for 37 years! If you want to stop then you are nearly there, it gets easier once you have made that decision. Good luck.

Any good bookshop should have it. or try amazon

I went from 40 fags a day for 33 years to none, overnight. I finished my last cigarette as I read the last page of this book. I don't usually have much faith in self-help books but this one was superb.
I haven't had a cigarette for 11 days now. I feel like I have never been a smoker. I have the odd pang, especially when I smell someone smoking. (they stink you know) but two minutes later I can laugh at myself for forgetting that I don't smoke.

How about on amazon?

Friends who used to smoke think it's a great book and they have quit and have stayed off the fags
