it's all in the work out. from my experience, did about 4 sets of 20 situps, 2 sets of 20 pushups(which also helps with the stomach) and drinking lots of water

The absolute best, and I mean best, stomach workout tape I have ever used is Kathy Smith's Ultimate Stomach and Thighs. There are three levels, foundation, workout and challenge. Each is 10 minutes. If you watch the foundation on how to do the moves correctly and then go to the workout section, in 10 minutes a day you will see a difference within the first week. You can work your stomach everyday if you want or just do it every other day, its up to you. After your first workout, YOU WILL FEEL IT the next day!! Provided you do the moves correctly. My stomach is in pretty good shape and all I need to do to tone it up is to do this workout everyday for a week. Good luck...I hope you get the same results I did.

Avoid consuming too much alcohol, don't smoke, eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water. Also throw in some exercise targeting the belly.

ab exercises. but if you have tummy fat on top of your abs, situps and crunches aren't going to make it go away. you'll need to lose the weight by eating healthy/cardio.
