Does anyone know about mantras? I have some info. about them if you have any similar to my thoughts please post something:
TRy to do this for a week and see how much better you feel:
okay sit down in a quiet place once a day for ten minutes, close your eyes and focus on breathing and a word that represents you or something you want to become (strong,exercise,food) whatever and for ten minutes with ur eyes clothes, in complete silence just keep repetaing that word and focus on your breathing
Studies have shown that if you do this it makes you concentrate more! the gray matter in your brain (the one that makes you concentrate,study,etc.) it becomes thicker so you can remember more and study less. it is also very relaxing and since you put time out just for yourself it helps alot too. try it!!
