Make sure your man and you are not consuming alcohol, doing any illicit drugs, or wearing overly tight pants. Alcohol, weed, and tight pants kill sperm. Also, only have sex once a day, let him save up a good daily load for you. And try different positions. Doggystyle and missionary work best for insemination. Keep practicing and dont make a chore of it. It will turn him off. Make it fun and spontaneous, and it will work out ok. If not, go to the doctor.

Have sex every other day. If you do it too much there could be a low sperm count. Also, you have to try for at least a year before going to the doctor. If it has been longer than that and your have tried everything I would go to a fertility clinic to see if something is wrong. Good Luck, I hope everything is ok.

The trick to get pregnant if there is nothing medically wrong is the timing. You have to know when the times are right for you to get pregnant. This is what I did, since I didn't know for sure the fertile times, me and my husband had sex all the time and one of the times we made a baby. Now mind you it took 5 months but it was worth all the hard work and besides I had a lot of fun.

Starting the first day after your period, start taking your temperature in the morning(before you even get out of bed) it should be pretty much the same Temperature every day except for 2-3 day's when you will get a fever , that is when you are ovulating and the BEST time to get pregnant.

Follow everyones elses advise on here about taking your temp and knowing your time. But you should start pre natal care before you are pregnant anyway. Pre natal vitimins should be started before you concieve.
