I don't try to be anybody else here. I think I am the same here as in real life. I have always been shy but if someone asks me a question then I tend to talk longer then I should. I think this is a good experience as the more you are on the more you recognize certain people and as in real life some you avoid and some you like answering. There are sometimes you will read a question and your blood pressure will rocket but after a while you notice it is the same people just trying to get everyone riled up. It is like “Super High School” some people are very funny, some are very smart and then there are the jerks who will just never

I am also very shy, and it isn't any easier to be
me here as from outside my front door ......
There are still the mean, rude souls which
make up our world no matter where one
goes ..... Sooooooooo .......
I am ready to leave this place ......
But at least i found one beautiful person
here who i feel is a true Dear ......
So my short visit here was so much worth
the look & see of what life is on a computer >>
Not for me .......
I rather compose music & write songs,
read & think about Natures Patterns &
try to enjoy whats left of my life .......
& hear from my new dear friend before
the night ends ......
gOOd luck to you Luveniar !!!!!

No. I was horribly shy in HS and College. Once I got past that and into the real life I've had no problem. Same here. Except sometimes I don't know if my stupid humor comes through right. (my goofiness I guess)

Yep for sure, I wouldn't say I am shy in real life but on a chat, or board like this on the internet i feel open to completely be myself and say things I usually wouldn't. What a revolution maybe thats why Yahoo is so much fun... Washington Rocks!

I'm very shy in real life but I'm silly as well. My questions and answers show that. This is all me! The way my friends see me! I see the humour in things and like to smile!!

I am very much the same me on or off line. I tend to say exactly what I think most all the time. I do think the only difference is that offline, I get loud a lot. Online, I save you all from hearing my loud laugh and my little dances when I think something is hilarious.

I totally agree!! It's so much easier to be myself without the worry of what someone else thinks of me or being shy and not saying what I really think/feel.

I am a bit more flirtacious on the internet.... in real life I am too... but there's more situations in real life where I can get burned if I say something wrong. However nothing is going to get back to me over the internet.

I think that it is much easier to communicate via the internet. One doesn't get as distracted usually, and if I say something wrong, it is easier to correct because I review my answers before I send them. Can't always do that face-to-face.
