Everyone I know hates HIlary Duff, they say she is annoying and trashy, and she can't sing, I've heard her sing live in concert and know that's not true, and I've never seen or heard anything to indicate that she's trashy.

Also people say that she's too thin, even though her face just looks more grown up to me, also people sy that she's so sexual and that she never does anything even though she's activly involved in charities!! I just don't know!!

why do you care what others think of her. If you like her that's what matters don't let what people say get you down or bitter. I think she's a sweet girl but i'm not one of her fans. I'm not saying i hate her, i'm saying i wouldn't go to one of her concerts. But if you like her that's cool.

Her voice is so annoying it is so high pitched and squeaky. Especially when she gets excited or angry. Ever see her in Casper meets Wendy... god her voice was so annoying and she looked and acted horribly. Her clothing line is okay but no one buys it. She still cant act and her songs are repetitive. Only reason she got a hit with the song Wake up is because Joel Madden and his brother Benji wrote it. She is a no worth trashy wannabe. Honestly I don't know why shes a celebrity. And its gross how she is with a 27 year old when shes barley legal herself. Sorry but thats how I feel about Hilary Duff.

she cant sing and the songs she has on her Cd's are repetitive and annoying, she cant act her old show and and any movie she is in is bad. she is a wanna be. she is also trying to be a model and that isn't working either. And you ask why do people call her trashy because her boyfriend is 9 years older then she is.
but if you like her thats fine with me i wouldn't hold it aginst you but i dont care for any of her "talents" .

Because...her singing sounds like 50 cats in a dryer. Her acting is like a fat boys gym shorts. Her only fans are little 8 year olds. and her new look shouts "I just rolled out of bed with a 27 year old man when i am barely legal". yuk. And her new look is so horrible she is almost as skinny as Nicole Richie and her mouth looks like a horses mouth. Every thing she says is so fake and rehearsed. and for any one who says i am just jealous please, i have nothing to be jealous of.

I think Hilary Duff is awesome.I just feel sad for her because it's obvious she has an eating disorder.

I think it depends on the type of female and the type of singer that you can respect. I think she's another one of those who caters to the image of a girl who's supposed to be overly thin and overly sexual. She's a cardboard cutout just like the rest of them and her music is typical. If she stood for something and she tried to be a much better role model for girls, I would actually respect her.

I 1st dont know how she got SOO popular cuz bak then she was juss and actress now shes singing...jeeze i hate it when teenagers r 1st acting then they decide they want to sing...if those teenagers want to start singing dont, it will juss make ppl hate u more like lindsay lohan(eww)

People may not like her simply because she is a big pop star, and pop is kind of "out" these days. Also, she is 18 and going out with a 27-year-old, that is kind of trashy.
