I have this trouble with my work shirts!

I soak it in fabric conditioner and then rinse, I work in a stain remover soap, then wash, it does not have to be a hot wash. The cond. releases the fabric alittle to enable the washing powder/liquid to work on those areas.

Goodluck!

very good question. One good solution is to try and wear them for less than 3-4 weeks at a go before washing. Do the stains look like nicotine stains? Then possibly an investment in All-Weather Silicone water-proof sealant could prove helpful. ( Worked around my leaking chimney.)

You do not need to use deodorant if you take shower and wash you armpits with antiseptic soap twice a day in the mornings and evenings. (deodorants are very dangerous to your health).

60 degree wash if the clothes are not delecate. Or just run the area under a very hot tap. Make sure your clothes do not run with both these options!!

do you mean that you ended up with white lines on your shirt when you put it on? grab a pair of nylons (panthose) or anything of similar material and rub the spot with it. Works everytime!
