Mustang, Oklahoma - where I'm living - has at least one rodeo every year. It takes place during a special week of events known as Western Days. (It celebrates the founding of the town.) As far as food, we have usual concession stand items - hot dogs, pretzels and such - but there are also some fast food places nearby as well.

Oklahoma City also has one at one point during the state fair. I've never been to that one, but they also have usual concession stand items. (It ain't cheap either - both for food and tickets.)

There is one every year near McAllen, Tx. I've been to both. They are pretty much the same thing, though the Houston one is bigger (obviously)
