The movie is To Please a Lady also completes the quote. Guess I was off with my first thought:
I'm quite sure it is Gone with the Wind when Rhett is talking to Scarlett but the quote escapes me.
It takes a certain kind of man to (deal), (love) (something...heehee) a woman like you.
