For Starbucks
Ofcourse you have to, just bring your notebook and open the IE and they'll ask you to sign-up and buy the prepaid, 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day pass or a whole month. Use your credit card and you ready to go.
I never know Dunkins provide the wireless internet.
