you can just download itunes off of the apple website for free

Look - if you have an Apple computer, then your iPod should be recognized by the computer.

If you really need a disc, and you have registered with Apple, then contact them because they might be able to help you for free.

If none of the above suggestions work, ask your friends who have a Nano, or search eBay for a disc.
