it rather is the same and 'bipolar' has been around for a protracted time. some time past 25 yrs in the past, some bright eyed psychologists theory this new call might help decrease the stigma. it rather is a stupid call, IMO. There are not 2 poles. Bipolar comes with many temper states. the three substantial ones are manic, depressed, and manic/depressed at the same time. Uh, manic melancholy captures that plenty greater clever, do no longer'cha think of.

The Special Olympics is limited to those with physical handicaps. There is no reason why you couldn't compete in the regular Olympics if you can qualify. But, then, perhaps that's why you wanted to compete in the Special Olympics.

You'll have to stick to the regular Olympics, I'm afraid.
Remember, try to avoid competing in the Ribbon event during a manic episode, unless you have a qualified Scout Master present.
Good luck for 2008!

No, no.
To my knowledge the Special Olympics is for the mentally disabled, the Paraolympics is for the physically disabled. There's a big difference.
