I mean helped someone in a selfless way to support them . Such as help them with a problem mental or physical. Make their life a little easier.

Yes, I have and I do so every day. Every day I try to make a difference in somebody's life even if it is in a small way. I believe that you help yourself by helping others. You learn valuable life lessons in the process of helping others, which you can apply to your own life.

I talked to a friend who has just made the decision to leave an abusive relationship and become a single Mom (I have experience in that)

I helped a nurse hold down my son for his shots.

I helped an old Man parallel park his car on a busy street.

I helped Papa find his cane.

I held down Rusty (dog) while my sister wormed him.

Yes I helped my self to a brighter path,I had my husband put new lights on the walkway to the pool.jk
