listen to those two, as the girl above me said, they're right. the only thing left out is that you need to give the teeth to the guy in one of the houses in that town, the bottom right has two houses next to each other. in one of them, there's a guy, and he has a boulder in his house. give the teeth to him, and he'll give you the HM

To get HM 04 Strength, all you need do is go to the Safari Zone in Fuschia City. The Safari Zone Warden has lost his teeth and if you can find them and return them to him, he'll reward you with the HM. The Warden's teeth are in Area 3 of the Safari Zone--if you see a sign during your Safari asking you to look for his teeth, head directly South for a few steps and you will find them.
Make sure you have defeated Ericka in the Celadon City Gym to use Strength outside of battle. For specifics, go to gamewinners.com or gamefaqs.com or email me. Good luck!

The location of HM "Strength" is located in Safari Zone Warden (Must give the gold teeth to a guy in the Safari Zone). It's easy to find him, by not spending your footsteps unnecessarily.
