I THINK I know what it is - (my boyfriend thinks it's what we do...) I think it is very much like Tantric sex, inspired by Eastern culture. A "complete experience", not just a bodily experience....one in which the couple feel almost a divine union....
I think sex is all about feelings (hopefully very good feelings) and is different every time... but my lover says it should always be cosmic. . .

I think the sexual pleasure is felt because of the state of the mind when our mind is vacant for a while. Which can be achieved after the meditation. If you practice such, you will get cosmic sex, I suppose.
