absense makes the heart grow fonder, without a doubt....ive experienced both first hand and let me tell you, putting chocolate in a drawer does NOT make me want it less :)

i would have 2 say that it depends entirely upon the type of relationship u had with the individual who is now gone. depends on whether it is out of choice or if it was forced upon to have left. i would like 2 think that it would b absence makes the heart grow fonder, as it has in all of the instances that i have experienced. if u had a lasting impression on that person, it would certainly b the case. if it is a bad break-up or whatever & they want 2 4get, then it would b out of sight outa of mind. so it is very contingent upon the circumstances. figure out which way it is, & i think u have ans. ur own ques...

Both are true actually...
In some cases, people don't realize how much they care for one another until they are apart...and their reunion strengthens their relationship...
In other cases, couples who are apart use that as a "kitchen pass" to do what they want with whomever they want...figuring their partner won't know, and when they go home it'll be life as usual...
Depends on the people involved...and what their relationship really means to them...
