Ladies, Is a foot fetish a big deal to you? Can a person think sexually only about your feet and nothing else?

I asked a question about my wife getting her feet done by a 60 year old man. Every single guy I know sees it as a foot fetish thing but even if the women admit it they don't see a problem with it. I am wondering if this fetish (or the fact that women wanting their toes done) isn't as big of a deal when a guy uses it for spank bank material instead of a more typically sexual area.

When I mean "feet done" I am talking about a pedicure.
