just like they said does it do it at fifty mph or when driving below 30 mph at 35 and above you dont need a fan if it still gets hot its water pump or antifreeze and when hot pressure should of went container to over flow

By all means, verify you've got the correct amount of coolant in the vehicle. If so, drive the vehicle, until the temperature is in the "normal" range, or "hot" range. Open the hood with the engine still running....check to see if the cooling fan is running. Based on the age of your vehicle, I wouldn't be surprised to discover that the fan or the associated components that switch it off and on are in need of replacement. HINT: You can often check a cold engine by turning on the air conditioner. The fan should run if the A/C is on, regardless of engine temperature.

check the thermostat and then the water pump, airflow through radiator, water levels, oil level. then take it to an authorized mechanic.
