A really good website to browse local real estate/real estate agents is: http://www.idxbroker.com/news/256_IDX,_Inc._Introduces.php

just click on your state and you can find a local agent.

It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about agents with links to their personal websites. Most of their websites will have all the available homes/rentals in the area along with community info, so you can do some research before you contact anyone.

I'd check out the "featured" section. They're the best of the best. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!

Hi Kim,

Noticed you are seeking out your options with selling your property,

The bottom line is to seek out the best possible agent in your agent that is going to fit your style, and needs. At the end of the day irregardless how you sell your property , you will net more or less the same amount, as buyers, buyers agents and fsbo buyers will all calculate the approx amounts involved and figure out by how much they will discount their offers.

Meaning that often times the only person saving money on a fsbo deal is the buyer, and often times these are the sharp operators that will also try to take advantage of inexperience of the sellers

Just my 2 bits, but Good Luck

call 3 local brokers tell them you are considering selling and you will make up your mind in a week or so,this way you will meet 3 different agents.meeting in person will give you good, bad or indifferent feelings about these agents ,allowing you to list with the one that you are most comfortable with. It can be a lengthy process making this comfortable relationship very important !
