Frankenstein - hands down. It was really excellent - way ahead of its time in special effects & the editing, the makeup was truly incredible. He did so much, all without uttering a word.

I'd have to say Creature from the Black Lagoon is next - wow!!,
then Dracula, then the Mummy, then Wolfman.
