you have to work for a broker, and that broker must be a member of the local Board of Realtors in order for you to get on the local MLS.

unless you have paid the dues to become a member of the MLS, you can't get on to look at listings.

if you haven't started working for a broker yet, go get one ASAP.

hope this helps! if you have any other questions feel free to contact me!

not sure what an sc list is, but it sounds like you need to meet with your broker and discuss how to get the best possible training and hands on eduction to start your real estate career up and running.

I recomend the book "the millionaire real estate agent by Gary Keller.

Access to the mls system will be available to you when you become a member of your local real estate board, again your broker should be able to assist you with this

Good Luck

your broker has to be a member of the local MLS first.

i know of many realtors who added IDX search tools to their website to display MLS listings and it's generated tons of leads for them. I've heard that IDX Broker is a superior product: http://www.idxbroker.com

Good luck!
