I am 13 and i weigh 110 and i am 5 foot 5. I am not "big". I do have a little fat around the belly, how do i get rid of that without going on a diet.

Exercise and diet. The excess belly fat is fat and the only way to do it is to cut the carbs and sugars and exercise to build the muscle.

youre 5 foot 5 inches and only weigh 110 pounds. listen . that is not fat or overweight at all. quit worrying about a problem you dont have. if you said you was 220 pounds at that height you would be very chunky. but i am 6 foot even and 215 pounds and i dont look fat at all. and youre only 13. give yourself time for youre body to adjust. you will be ok. you are worrying about nothing

Eat less. Excersise more, move around, go out and play. Eat fruits and veggies and dring 8 oz. of water daily. I did similar (Im 16) and I lost 20 lbs in 3 months.

do a lot of active stuff with your friends. Go skating,get a pogo stick,take long walks ride your bike instead of getting a ride, and/or watch Fit TV.(do what they do) Cuz if you don't lose the weight now you'll never lose as much as you want!

swimming loses like 11 calories per minute, and its a lot of fun. Also, try doing like 15-25 crunches or sit-ups everyday.
