What are the qualities of each of these young men? You say that you love Tony the most, so without further information, that would have to be the obvious answer to your question. But why do you feel that way about him?
Also, does he treat you as well, if not better than the other two?
If all else, such as respect, honesty, courtesy, humor, are equal....then you already know the answer to your question.

If you love Tony the most, you should go with Tony! Listen to your heart, as the other people have said. It is hard to turn down people who like you, because it is flattering to be liked, and it is hard to hurt people, but it is better in the long run.
And maybe you want to post a question about how to turn people down kindly, without them feeling bad, hurt or rejected! :D

I have to begin with the premise that you are young since you refer to 3 "boys"...
So, why choose? There is no rule that says you cannot go out with more than one boy at a time unless you think that to date a boy means to copulate with him. If that is the case, choose one at time; there are unkind names for girls who do more than that.
I'll bet your folks would prefer you not choose just yet, either. You don't have to begin to narrow down the field until you've graduated college, worked at a job you really like, and are ready to marry and raise a family.
