My lawn died thanks to my lack of watering during last year's drought. I have to try and restore the eye-sore of the community.

There is a web site for every thing. Did your lawn die or just go to sleep till cooler moist weather weather get here. The region you live in has a lot to do with how you deal with your lawn check local lawn care product suppliers and check more than one then check with people that have lived in your town for a long time.

www.scotts.com is pretty good.

It pushes all their fertilizers and stuff, but has "how to" sections on seeding.
