Well, if you are 10 1/2 stone and over 5ft 4, then you will not be overweight. You don't state your height, but a little fat under your chin may be hereditary rather than because of your weight. As for the 'spare tyre', you can work on toning your stomach muscles to make your tummy firmer. Good luck : )

Ten and a half stone is certainly NOT fat. I wish that is all I weighed. It may be that your bones are heavy (some people are big boned and some are small boned). Wearing the right clothes to suit your figure will make what you think is a spare tyre disappear. The best advice anyone can give you is to enjoy good health, making sure you eat correctly and have plenty of exercise, not too much alcohol and forget your weight. It will all work out okay.

10 and half stone is generally over weight for a female, the fact that you have a spare tyre and a double chin would tell me you are carrying too much body fat. if you can pinch more than an inch by your fingers, and that is the gap between your two fingers, not the fold of skin, then you are over weight. I would recommend that you go swimming two to three times a week for an hour each time.

Well I'm in the same catagory, I'm very thin (which people keep telling me) but I way 14 stone. Im defently not fat, but I couldn't understand why I weighed so much. So I went to the docters, he weighed me, and his reason was to do with so many different factors: Height (I'm 6ft 3) I do weights at the gym (muscles heavier than fat) I'm a bloke (heavier bones) and so on. . . Your ideal weight is what you are comfortable with (within reason) if your clothes feel right, and your mates think your not fat then stop worrying. I appointed a friend to warn me when I put to much weight on and to be honest and say "edd enough already!"

well without height you cant tell anything... at that weight you would have to be pretty darn short to be even considered overweight.. plus we dont know if your toned up or not.. keep in mind muscle does weigh more than fat.......i was 5"3 weighed 145 my senior year in high school.. and was not even close to fat... the sound of it sounds like i was but i had some serious muscle.. was very atheletic.. did my workout at the gym everyday for 4 yrs.. ran 10 miles everyday for 4 years.. now im still 5"3.. and i weigh 107.... now im too skinny you can count ribs...

it depends on how tall you are, 10 and a half stone is not THAT heavy but if you don't want the spare tyre try toning up to make it go away

If you have a spare tire, you weight may be fine but your body fat percentage is too high. It may be time to start watching what you eat and adding a little cardio exercise to your routine.

No 1 can tell whether you are fat or thin if you never state properly.

i think some people have double chins even tho they are a healthy thin just because their face may be slightly bigger (in a good way).
about your weight, if you are 5ft - 5ft 4inch then you may be just a little overweight but not much. at that height you should be around 120lb - 130lb. if you are above 5ft 4inch then you are probably ok.
it's best if you measure you waist, hip line, and bust line and compare it with standards for your height as well as looking at your weight.
