We'll make this quick and easy: (1) For six and a half days a week, don't eat the "bad for you" stuff like fast food, junk food, saturated fat, trans fat, refined flour/sugar, soft drinks, etc. Instead, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain products, lean meats, eggs, nuts, and lowfat dairy products. (2) Take a tablespoonful of olive oil three times a day before meals -- it's a natural appetite suppressant and it has the monounsaturated fat your body needs. (3) Try to get at least 25 grams of fiber in your diet every day -- fiber fills you up and helps your body get rid of that "bad for you" fat. (4) Drink lots of water and tea, preferably green or black pekoe -- high in antioxidants and helps you lose weight. (5) Exercise every day, even if all you can do is a 15-minute walk. (6) For that last half a day per week, eat whatever you want but don't gorge yourself.

Follow that plan and you'll see the pounds starting to drop off within a week.

Cut out excess meals. During the past summer I limited my eating. I don't eat lunch during school, eat a lite and healthy breakfast and dinner when I don't work. And over the past 3 months I lost 20 lbs. I just need to excercise more now to tone everything up. Just exercise 20 min a day 3 days a week. Simple stuff, if you have weights at home use those, jog, move around. Most other things are dangerous and can severily hurt you in the long run. Eating nothing will reduce the nutriants in your body and you wont grow taller (if your at the growing age), keep your skin nice, etc.

biking is a pretty easy type of exercise that is really good for slimming your legs down a bit, so you might want to try that. it will help with turning your fat into muscle fairly quickly...you might not lose any weight, but that's ok because you will look thinner. also make sure you eat lots of fruit and vegetables and try to stay away from food with a ton of calories or fat...like fried and greasy foods. take a vitamin every day so you get all the antioxidants, minerals, and other things your body needs to stay healthy. instead of drinking whole, 2%, or 1% milk drink skim milk because it has a much lower fat content. get the correct amount of sleep...probably somewhere between 7 and 9 hours. i hope this helped!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

it's only healthy to loose 2 pounds a week also don't stop eating or make yourself throw up becase then your body thinks that it is starving and everytime you eat it immediately makes that food into fat. pluss, that is just sick and suicidal.

Consult with a doctor because if you lose too much weight, you are bound to gain it back and then some and it will be harder to lose it again.
