I have the same problem getting the smell out of my car. I empathize. Febreze Auto works wonders in my car as does Renuzit Citrus Orange scent. Open the windows to air out the room. Perhaps sprinkle some carpet freshener down something citrusy and vaccum. Be careful with some florals that can enhance the smell of the smoke.

Try Frebreeze but you had better spray everyroom so your parents won`t find out. You could also put warm water in the sink with vinegar and then immerse the towel and wring it real good and then swish it all over in the air all through the whole house repeat and do it again... hope this works or you are a goner!!!

Open all of the windows and (if you have carpet) sprinkle some backing soda on the carpet. Let it stand for about 5 minutes and vacuum it up. Then use just a little air freshener. If your parents ask why the house is so clean, just say you were hoping to get some extra cash for it.
I never smoked, but I was the queen of having to help my sister clean up after having a party!!

Try a bowl of vinegar and leave it out for about an hour to absorb the odor. not quick enough take perfume and dab some on the light bulbs the heat will activate the odor..burn scented candles.. that easy.. Former smoker
One that works the quickest is to buy lavender and plant it in your yard, and when it flowers, remove them and place them in a vase, they will dry out and you get plenty of them, after smoking just burn one of the flowers and immediately its gone. they come back every year so you will always have them.

Spray perfume or something like it on the light bulbs. The heat will enhance the smell. Also, put fabric sheets in the air vents.

Dont use febrese that stuff stinks and is toxic. Use essential oil of eucalyptus or lemongrass. Essential oils are the same stuff they put in like pinsol cleaning detergent. Thats even better than that bad Febrese !@#$! if you can't get the Essential oils get Pinsol liquid or Murphy's oil soap detergent. Use detergent on the walls. and you can just say you were cleaning your bathroom or somethin...good luck kiddo

You probably have the smell on your clothes too. Change clothes, put on some cologne. You can "accidently" drop somthing stinky (not like a turd) like a bottle of perfume or vinegar. That will mask the odor.

candles work. as far a vinegar is concerned, if you put vinegar and some water in a pot and boil it on the stove, the steam gets through the air quicker. and, no, it does not leave your home smelling like a pickle.

Use Oust or the Lysol equivalent to clear the air and Febreeze on any fabric that has picked up the smell. If you don't have either of those, burn a candle and if they say they smell smoke, tell them it must have been the candle.
