Today, at work (where I am currently) I stood up to fast to go register a patient in a room (I work in the ER) and I had gotten really dizzy and almost "lost" my balance. That is a little accident indeed! Not reminding myself that standing up too fast is never a good idea.
Also I've lost about 5 Ink Pens today so far. Very typical in a place like this though. =)

Yes, I have. I dropped the roll of paper towels I was using outside and by the time the wind got done with it all I had was a wad of paper towels.
