Is this you assign spot??? If it is go to the management and let them work it out. If you brake a bunch of beer bottles there,how will you park there? lol

if you asked them nicely to not park there then have it towed cause braking bottles will damage yuor car also and I know you dont want that if you live in a building or complex tell the landlord they should be able to tell them to move

No, that wont help. talk to your neighbor and ask him not to do it, try to get into a agrement. If he continues doing it and you cantdo anything, open a legal action, call the police, but that as the very last option ,if you see theres noother chance.

talk to management about your problem-they might have a great suggestion-like giving you a different parking spot instead and assigning your current one to her/him instead.
