Try these:
Forever 21
Target
Aeropostale
Charlotte Russe
5-7-9
H&M

All of these stores are extremely cheap - I got a shirt for $3 at Charlotte Russe and you can get jeans for $9.99 at 5-7-9. All the rest of the places have cheap tops and other clothes, too. Also, accessorizing is key - you could get a plain white t-shirt for really cheap, accessorize with chunky beads, and it'll look like you put lots of thought into your outfit and it will look totally cute. Good luck!

well i could name all the places i like to shop but probably all the same ones you already do or have tried... its not where you its what you want. if you think you look good in it then its cool.. if you hate it on you then its not cool... you can always dress up anything you were with jelewry . purses, scarfs, belts.. makes any outfit the bomb....
