Thats called sexual tension or attraction my friend, there are only two ways to deal with it......
the first being self control.....if it is a complete stranger, relative and/or 'forbidden fruit'.....then teach yourself to walk away
secondly if you are attracted to this person, and you know them, or they seem attracted to you in return, whats to stop you from making a move on them.......? Who' s to say, they may feel something for you in return, but have no idea how to tell you, and may be feeling just as much tension as yourself.....they only way to deal with it then is to do something about it.......

It's not an unusual feeling to want to have sex with some one you are physically attracted to. Us old timers never went there and kept things platonic and that is why we have had long term marriages. I think we called it self control.
