What are some websites that offer you to make custom guitar picks or custom band t-shirts??

I would like to know because I am starting a band in my hometown and I would be very cool to make some merchandise for the band.

My boyfriend's band has a storefront at Cafe Press. They make to order, so you don't have to get a gross at once.
