TAKE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP TO YOUR LOCAL MITSUBISHI DEALER ALONG WITH YOUR VIN NUMBER THEY CAN CUT YOU A KEY CALL LOCAL WREAKER SERVICE THEY HAVE SPECIAL TOOLS TO OPEN LOCKED VEHICLES

u will need to call the company where u got the car to see if u can get the key from them when u got the car u should have got more than 1 key u should have got 3 keys

call a tow truck, they usually carry a lockout kit to open up cars !!!
