for some reason i had the line
"can i keep you?" in my head the other night, and it is bugging me where have I heard it from?
someone mentioned maybe Peter Pan but I am not sure....
I'm not even sure if its a cartoon, film or what!
HELP!! it's driving me mad!

I think it's the 'real-live' version of Casper with Christina Ricci.
I think Casper says it to her.

It was from Casper. In the movie when the single dad and his daughter were first moving into the house and the girl picked Casper's room as her bedroom, he just stared at her and said in little more than a whisper, 'can i keep you'.
