Just because they're undocumented dosen't make them less human, or less worthy to live. I would say it is still illegal to kill an illegal.

Yes, it is still illegal. No matter if you are a citizen, immigrated here, or here illegally you still have the basic American rights (minus voting for non-citizens). Thus if you are illegal and someone kills you, then it is still illegal.
