I actually have this same problem, only with a LogiTech webcam. With Philips, as long as you know the serial number and model of the webcam you can go to the Philips home page and check if it has your modem type listed you can download from. With that, you would more than likely need the product code to successfully complete the download that came in the box.

Go to logitch site and download driver I did that I have logitech camera .
