I wish I had the answer to how to make time slow down! Ever since I became an "adult," time has seemed to just speed by

I think just "living in the moment" might be a way to slow time. Just be into each experience, every little action you take during the day, appreciate each one. I know that sounds kind of corny, but if you really get into every little moment, then perhaps the day will seem as if it's been meaningful. Thinking about the past and/or future is one sure way to not appreciate the present.

Not sure if this is helpful!

definite. in basic terms wait until you're a senior citizen. yet, seem at it this way: for a 2-3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous, a million day is a million out of (365 X 2) or a million/730. nevertheless a small fraction. yet, once you're sixty 5, a million day is a million out of (365.25 X sixty 5) or a million/23742. that is how I figured it...the older you grow to be, the smaller at some point is to the completed style of days you have lived. additionally, you recognize that previous asserting, "Been there, completed that"? For an adolescent, each and every thing is new and you will seem at issues with ask your self. once you're previous, you have considered lots that issues now longer amaze or amuse you.

It doesn't move any faster, but since time is a man-made concept (decades, years, months, days, hours, minutes, seconds, etc.), and we base our whole concept of time on it, it can be really disorienting. Focus less on each day, hour, minute and second, and focus on enjoying what you're doing in general.

Read "Catch 22" by Joseph Heller. It tells about how to make time seem longer.

Live every moment as if it were your last. Or live as if you had one year left to live.

Accept that you cannot change some things.
