That was hot for a while, I don't know about now with the market slowdown. You might end up getting a good deal now. It's in the middle of nowhere, but hey! look at all those Indian casinos you're gonna have!

I think its pretty reasonably priced but its very hot in the summer there. People live there then commute to work in LA or San Diego, a very long commute.
