I bought a RAZR V3 through Cingular, does anyone know a free bluetooth sync program for my PC?

Just search the net for it. the "motorola phonetools" can be bought from motorola for $30, like I did, but there's a lot of people distributing it for free, since it comes with a lot of the other phones. it's a universal software meaning it works with any motorola phone, so just search yahoo or google for it.

Didn't the phone come with a software CD?

On that CD should be a program called "Motorola Phone Tools"

You can use that to sync your phone with your computer.
