I hope so... My friend is a single mum to 3 (2 teens and a 6 year old). I had her youngest for the day while she was at work so that the older 2 wouldn't have to stay at home babysitting, and together we made her family dinner as a surprise. If someone did that for me I would love them forever!

I made my friend happy today by giving her money for water at the gym. I feel I've done a small bit to spread joy to the world. Although sadly not enough as there are still many people out there who aren't happy. come on people, spread the love!

I love getting outside of myself to help someone else!!! Especially if they don't know that I did it, becuase you get to see their face and them be so happy to get a little surprise! I'm in a 12 step fellowship, and I get to do things like this everday! Anyhow, something that I did today was drive by my sponsors house, she's also my best friend, and drop a card in her mailbox that told her that I loved her and was glad she was a part of my life. I do this once a week, to a different freind every week, I love to see them smile at me the nixt time I see them!!!

I often do it - compliment complete strangers.
Today it was a lady in the P.O. queue who was wearing the prettiest sandals covered in beautiful tiny butterflies.

"i fealt jelous"
that would have canceled your so-called compliment!
