I had that when I was taking Depo Provera shots. It was giving me mini strokes. The tips of my fingers would go numb, then I could feel it rise in my arm, then went to my throat, and then my head and I would have a migraine. If you are taking birth control, stop taking it for a while and see if that is it. Or it could be bad circulation. You'll want to go to the doctor to be sure.

I had that and it was because I had the edge of my arm (like down from your pinkie) resting on the edge of my desk. The nerve that controls parts of your fingers comes from your shoulder, and you can be putting pressure on the nerve as it goes down your forearm.

My doctor said that if it's enough of a problem, you can actually have the nerve moved (surgically) further inside your arm. It's done to professional athletes (pitchers, I think).

Get it checked out.

Mine go numb because I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder. However, it is a symptom of heart disease and I would make an urgent appointment with a doctor if I were you.

well, you could have bad circulation or a number of other things , but something very common would be Raynaud's. it causes body parts to become cold and numb . You should see a doctor.
