My parents have grown their own gardens for years. Although I don't garden, my mother-in-law swears by the brown paper bag method... it wouldn't hurt to try both ways, that way you will know for sure which works best for YOUR garden. Try the brown paper bag method first.

Mine are the same, still green. I've only picked one so far and it wasn't completely red. I've heard you can ripen them in paper bags too but I think they have to be turning color a bit for that to be truly effective. As for me, I'm leaving them on the vine for now. Good luck.

the will ripen in a brown paper bag...if you leave them outside they should ripen, but you run the risk of having them rot on the vine. Good Luck!

Personally I'd leave them outside to ripen but that's just my opinion. I'd worry more once weather cools and we get frost in the morning
They could be green because thry're not getting full sun. Could be this lack of rain in some areas stressing the plants. It could be you planted them late. It could be these are late maturing varieties anyway.

If there are are several that are green, I would pick some (and put in the paper bag) and leave the others on the vine.

Pluck them off of the vine, then sit them in your window sill in the kitchen where there's lots of light. Once you cut off a plants source of oxygen, (chlorophyll, which makes plants green) they turn a deeper color.
It will not only make them turn red, but they'll taste better, too.
